Podcasting?!

Well, I have been trying to figure out how to podcast and have had nothing but problems...nothing seems to work...I downloaded a thing called juice and subscribed to a filming podcast and it kind of works. I don't know what link i'd put down here to show my podcast though?? Here is the filmaking URL though if that helps???
